The dog does have ears, though. They're just small. And I figured his tail was hidden due to the angle.

That tree would have to be massively tall and the rope ridiculously long, given the perspective and the angle the tree's growing at.

Not sure. I think it is just the dude grabbing his junk, but I could be wrong. The person directly behind him (in the blue, to the right of the WE dude) appears to have no lower body, but I'm sure their legs are just spread out or something. It still looks odd, looks like you would be able to see a leg, or a shoe or something on them (in between crotch-grab guys' legs).
