It looks naked, like there should be an iron dong hanging there.

April can't get here fast enough!
Sir Ben Kingsley has a lovely, distinct speaking voice. I wonder why he's attempting do to some kind of slurry American accent. Whats a "turrurist"?

Well isn't Guy pierce just the flavour of the month. His pinched face is everwhere.
Ben Kingsley is a douche. Just full of himself. Plummy british accent and he thinks he's the fucking bees bollocks. I mean by the very nature of the job all actors are douches but Kingsley is just the douchiest of douches. Well all I have to say to Ben Kingsley is Thunderbirds, The love guru, Prince of Persia, The dictator. You can't scrape those turds off you smug fucker.

I have never read any of your posts, but from what I can learn I should say that for people who like the kind of posts you deliver, they are just the kind of posts such people like.

Is this gonna be an Iron Man movie or fucking Schindler's List?
Shit. I can't think of a good signature.

Re: Iron Man
That large Thundercrack you heard earlier was the sonic boom of my nerd jizz firing out of my wang at super sonic speeds after I watched the new Iron Man Trailer. Marvel Movies are better than Viagra. It's been four hours and I'm still erect.
But, Ben Kingsley's performance is still hilariously hammy. That accent, whatever it supposed to be, is awful. It's this year's Bane.

Re: Iron Man
sounds like kingsley's doing his best impression of heath ledger's joker, and it's not very good.

Now this trailer was more like it. The shot of all the suits flying down was pure awesome.
Shit. I can't think of a good signature.

Ugh. I inadvertently gleaned a tiny Killian related spoiler as I walked past the Lego aisle at WalMart today. Thankfully, not a big spoiler. But still. Apparently at some point Killian falls in a swimming pool and his eyes get all chlorine-y... or something...

Re: Iron Man
so? who saw it? i saw it last night. it was a lot of fun, though i don't think it had exactly the same 'magic' as when favreau was directing.
i'm REALLY impressed by how off the mark all the spoilers were. and my opinion of ben kingsley's performance has completely reversed.

Re: Iron Man
I'm going Tuesday. By then the theatre won't be crowded.
I'm trying to avoid spoilers. I've read a couple people's posts where one says the "twist" is lame. And another saying it was cool. So I stopped reading.

I saw it on Friday. I enjoyed it quite a bit.vynsane wrote:so? who saw it? i saw it last night. it was a lot of fun, though i don't think it had exactly the same 'magic' as when favreau was directing.

I agree with you saying didn't have the same magic. It also had a few logic plotholes you could drive a truck through, but it was still very entertaining. I also thought the ending felt rushed and shoehorned.
I actively stayed away from almost everything except the trailers, so I had absolutely no clue about the "twist" which I both loved and hated for different reasons I can go into later.

Re: Iron Man
I saw it on the internet last night. Wasn't bad, but the 90-minute gay orgy with Batman and Captain America was a bit much. I also didn't think he was going to beat the Mandarin by beating off the Mandarin. All in all, too much male nudity for my personal tastes.

Re: Iron Man
I don't know what it was, but there was immense satisfaction in watching Charlie Chaplin thoroughly beat Ghandi's ass.
(see what I did there? I made a obscure connection to the old coot from Jurassic Park. Directed by that other chap who, incidentally is the uncle or godfather or something to Pepper Potts. Carry on.)

Re: Iron Man
I would pay to see Charlie Chaplin beat Ghandi's ass. And I don't mean "an actor who played Charlie Chaplin act in a movie where his character beats the ass of a character played by an actor who played Ghandi." No, I mean the real Charlie Chaplin beating the living shit out of the real Ghandi for no reason.
Probably with his supermassive balls.

Re: Iron Man
as did i, to the point that i didn't even see all the trailers. i then scrounged the 'net for a lot of spoilers and found it so funny how wrong they were.Diabolical wrote:I actively stayed away from almost everything except the trailers,
i would say i genuinely enjoyed the twist and had no problem with it. remember, we can also use the spoiler tags...so I had absolutely no clue about the "twist" which I both loved and hated for different reasons I can go into later.
