I'm just pissed that so many sites make you sit through a fucking 30-second commercial to see anything, when the fucking player is totally surrounded by banner ads.

I forgot it was on.
Oh well.
I kicked ass at Mario Kart using Zartan, though Mrs A used my Mii and brought my overall score down by about 3,000 points. (No biggie. I'm not concerned about the score.)

They're replaying them Sunday at the same time they were on tonight and putting them online next Friday, so worry not.

I thought they were a huge step up from the movie, but the Battle Droids are annoying as all hell. Plo Koon was badass in the second episode.

As I said elsewhere:
The voice-overs suck.
The battle droids suck.
Ventress sucks.
Ahsoka sucks.
The lip-syncing sucks.
If it weren't for the last minute Deuce appearance, I'd be tempted to say the whole thing sucked.

Hell yeah the battle droids were annoying. I only saw part of the episode where the droids were hunting Yoda and gave up after about 10 minutes. If that was a step up from the movie, the movie must have really sucked.

You should have stuck around since, while I liked the first episode, I loved the second one.
Plo Koon is, indeed, a serious fuckin' badass.

A badass? He sat in an escape pod all episode, just waiting to be rescued and listened to clones whine.

His voice was killer and he kicked major ass in the vacuum of space. It's not like he could have done anything before Anakin and Ahsoka got there anyway; the short time that the clones were exposed to space hurt them pretty badly and they would have died if they were out there much longer (in Star Wars physics, anyway).
Oh, and as to anarky's complaint that the Jedi were treating the clones as nothing more than cannon fodder - both episodes had great examples to the contrary. I like how the clones are having different personalities now.

Yeah, but they're all emo. "We're just clones. We don't matter. Nobody cares about us."

But they're emo to different degrees.

I'm sorry to say that this show sucks ass. Despite my complaining, I really wanted to be pleasantly surprised. I, too, gave up on the first episode after ten minutes, but came back for the second. I gave up on it after five.
The interaction of the characters with the backgrounds was off in every single shot I saw. Characters and vehicles seemed to just sorta be plopped down on a background with no consideration for things like depth and perspective. One shot of the Toydarians all in a straight line was frustratingly bad, but a legion of battle droids who sorta looked like they were walking across thin air about a foot off the ground was worse.
I was so fucking annoyed by the battle droids, I yearned for the fart jokes of the extended version of the podrace on the TPM DVD.
I'm glad you liked it, but this was not my cup of tea. It looked rushed and half-assed, which is pathetic given how long it took to materialize.

Well . . . fuck you.
But, really, it's too bad you didn't like it. I had no problems with the animation. The battle droids were indeed pretty bad, though. I would say that you should watch an entire episode to get a better feel for it, but if you really don't like it at all, then I guess there's no point.

I'll probably try another episode or two. It's not like it's on against Pushing Daisies or anything.

Maybe...
Maybe...the one show we could outperform in the ratings. Geezum fuck, what is with people?
