Is he actually doing the cartoon, or just slapping his name on it, like he did with the shitty musical and film remake based on The Producers?

They played it quite a bit the first couple months it was out even though it seemed like there were only a few episodes. Didn't it die? Any proof of its existence should be burned and burried on a remote desert island.

No, he's apparently pretty involved. He even does the Skroob and Yogurt voices.
