The first thing I remember him for were Spectacular and Web of Spidey runs with artists Sal Buscema and Alex Saviuk.
I didn’t realize he was a damn baby when he wrote the Death of Gwen Stacy arc and invented the Punisher.
His list of created characters is insane. Firestorm. Ms. Marvel. Jason Todd. Killer Croc. Punisher. Jackal. Vixen. Vibe. Gypsy. And on and on. Damn.
RIP Mr Conway and thanks for everything.

Marjane Satrapi, 56.
You can only name one comic by her.
But it's one of the best goddamned comics ever published.
