I guess you're referring to the barfing sound. There were Loony Toons and Tom & Jerry episodes where vomiting was inferred (usually as a result of sea sickness). Typically the character would turn green and hang their head overboard.
That R2 sub-titles was great. Too bad he couldn't find the eject button.

Frigging awesome!
This is not quite as awesome. In fact, it's a little lame. But it's the real concept that evolved into a great show, some six years later. And the opening is pretty funny, with the slightly different wording I'm sure you'll catch.
