I don't think we've noticed that stupid name before.
I choose to believe that, rather than a weird sex-related spambot, he's a superhero much like All-Might from My Hero Academia. He's the greatest hero in the world, gleefully saving everyone and always maintaining a boner. And obviously he doesn't wear clothes. Not even a mask. Sure, he can't have a secret identity that way, but, if he did, he'd be Partial-Nude.
