If you want it, go ahead and keep it. The Lava Viper is a must-have. But if you find another, I'll take it.

The Lava trooper is pretty nice. Can't find any more of those canceled vehicles. Seems like they are getting a bunch of VAMPs & Furys. I'm thinking about picking up a VAMP.

Need you opinion. Is the movie Dragonhawk helicopter worth getting for $15? There is one warming the shelf at a TRU. Is sad that the only thing TRU has restocked is movie figures, and they are still full price.

Yes. It's undersized a bit, but probably the closest we'll get to a 25th Dragonfly, at least for now. And it is very nice, even if it's sorta a "miniaturized scout Dragonfly."

The Mighty Kwinn! O YES!!!

Looks like my still-in-process customs of Airtight and Kwinn are moot. :)

News is coming in from the G.I. Joe Club roundtable panel at JoeCon 2011.
Doing a subscription based figure set much like Matty Collector.
6 month trial
2 figures per month
If you subscribe you get a bonus figure
13 figures total with 6 month subscription
All figures are carded
Cancelled Nano-BAT from ROC and Quarell are first 2 figs
I'd like to see how much they are charging for this subscription.

Awesome! It's Jungle Kwinn, so I can still make my Arctic Kwinn (he only wore two outfits; the jungle one was in a longer story, but the Arctic one is more iconic). He'll have a different head, but big deal.

I might still make my Airtight. He was very different from the original; I was planning a real update rather than a remake. Head from Ace, helmet from the comic pack Pilot Luke Skywalker, body mixed between the Biohazard Viper and Flamethrower Viper from the Desert Environment set.... The only thing I needed was the vintage backpack and gun; too hard to fake those.

It looks like Blowtorch and Croc Master will have a running change on their paint schemes. Blowtorch will have a tan & green outfit (based on concept art). I think Croc Master is supposed to be Python Patrol. They are going to reveal pictures through the GI Joe club. (but they are not going to be exclusives.)

Oh, whoop-dee-shit. I guess they both forgot their vow to never do running change figures again, and realized no one wants fucking Croc Master.

The next wave of GI Joe figures were found in San Diego at a TRU. (They included pictures of the figures with a receipt.) It was Croc Master, Iron Grenider, Snake Eyes, and Rock Viper.

Oh, fuck, dude, that is a custom that must be made. :mabs:

I just need to figure out the head....

Do any of the Spider-Man figures have his fingers in the "webshooting" position?

Would Wolverine or Thor work for the head? Or, I have a WWF Build and Brawl Triple H. I think one of the TRUs here still have one.
