The American Civil Liberties Union, best known for siding with terrorists and protecting death-row inmates from having substandard last meals, has won a lawsuit filed on behalf of an outspoken pedophile, spokeswoman Ima Dumbich said Wednesday.
"The rights of one Roger Urass, alias Namblaman, to freely speak of molesting children were infringed upon by a moderator of the site vynsane.com," Dumbich said. "Urass has the right to speak of any lewd act he has engaged in or plans to engage in on the site, so long as he does not actually molest children on this site. The moderator, who is a real dinosaur in his thinking, needs to join the 21st century, where we respect one's right to free speech, so long as it does not involve condoning religion or using politically incorrect language."
Under the terms of the agreement, the moderator in question, one Grimlock J. Sinclair, was found to have overstepped his bounds in "kicking butt," as he described banning Namblaman last week. Grimlock was sentenced to a spanking, and requested the spanking be conducted by either Elita-One or Seven of Nine. As neither was available, he was spanked by one of the Baldwin brothers and did not enjoy it quite so much.
Vynsane.com is required to allow Namblaman to return on Friday. This reporter does not like to take sides, but she is not looking forward to it.
