I know I posted on the other site about this, but I can express my true feelings here.

It was awesome from beginning to end. Un-fucking real. Aslan was awesome. The beavers fan-fucking-tastic. Tumnus superb. The White Witch sizzling. The kids were great. It went far beyond my expectations and I think it kicked LOTR's ass.

I wouldn't go that far, but it was very good and brought justice to the books. The only peeve I had was anytime a CG mode of transport whether it was a wicked witch sleigh or Tumnus' hooves or hobbling beavers was moving over a CG landscape ( basically anything in Narnia) the compositing was atrocious. But other than that it was great and emotionally moving.

I can't wait for the next one!

looks pretty cool. i'm luke-warm to this series... it's alright, but not high on my list of epic adventures.

Reepicheep is in Caspian, it looks pretty darn ggod. I liked the first, just wish it didnt take so long for tis one. I hope The Dawn Treader is quickly upon us

I saw Prince Caspian last night and it damn rocked. It was along way off from the book, but I didnt care. It was darker than TLTWATW, not too kiddy IMO. Reepicheep is great in it, pretty funny character at that. I would recommend you guys check it out.

I only saw the first one while at my uncle's house and my cousins were making noise and shit, so I didn't really get the full effect, so to speak, but it seemed kind of "meh" overall. I probably won't see the new one unless it's on TV or something.

For the record I think I read TLTWATW but none of the others, so I don't really have an investment in this series.
